When will the Real Estate Industry figure it out? To earn customer loyalty, customers must be considered first. This may sound basic, but in general that concept is missed by many real estate agents and companies.
As a consumer how can you tell if a Realtor or real estate company gets it? At first blush, use this as a test...Does the agent have a their face on everything? Do they display their mug larger than life on vans, billboards, bus benches, ads? Do they brag about how many millions of dollars of real estate they have sold... Claim to be number one of the world? I have even seen a airplane fly a banner with the agents hype!! What is the BIGGEST, loudest, ego maniacal strategy you have seen?
