 and maybe a sale....
 
It kills me to see many homes being marketed through multiple listing services ( MLS), and many other internet sites and there is no picture!!!  Common on  Fellow agents...make it a personal standard to have a minimum of 10 photos upon posting to the MLS.  The public deserve better and your industry deserves better.
