Windermere Welcome Home believes in the importance of serving the communities where we live and work . . . in the communities we share. Giving back to the communities has always been a priority and an integral part of our ongoing philosophy. Whether it be collecting food for local food banks, assisting building projects with Habitat for Humanity or supporting low-income families through way of the Windermere Foundation, Windermere’s role in the neighborhoods we live and work will always be present. In fact, every time you buy or sell a home with us, a donation is made to the Windermere Foundation, an organization that has contributed millions of dollars to programs that provide housing, food, clothing, and emotional support to homeless families. All of our donations are made here in the East Bay and we`re proud to be a part of the solution.
